Macroscript HandManipulator v1.0 for 3dsmax 2008 (also works in 3dsmax 8, 9) Helps to manipulate with biped hands. Installation: 1. Copy file HandManipulator.mcr and folder HandManipulator to max folder \UI\MacroScripts. 2. Copy files from folder "Icons" to max folder UI\Icons. 3. Run 3dsmax, go to Customize\Customize User Interface\Toolbars, and create new toolbar. 4. Select "Biped Readaptation" from Category list and drag label "HandManipulator v1.0" to your toolbar. The button will be created there. If you wish, you may drag the label to any standart toolbar without creating you own toolbar. Features and Rules: 1. Hold Ctrl to add fingers to the current selection. Hold Alt to remove fingers from current selection. 2. Double click to select childrens (also works with Ctrl and Alt). 3. Hold Shift to avoid viewport zoom when switching between hands. 4. Only one collection must be in *.cpy file. One file - one collection in it with the same name. 5. All changes was made in postures of "Save Window", such as delete or rename postures are not saved automatically. To save them you need rename current collection (in the list) or press one of the top-buttons: Save, New, Copy or Get. 6. There is no full interactivity between HandManipulator Window and Save Window. Remember that. Close the Save Window when you need to adjust hand postures and open it after adjusting. 7. When you press the "Get" button - folder you choose becomes the default folder for savings, even if there are no files in it. 8. Each posture or collection must have a unique name. There is no checking in script. 9. Each posture saves only current selection. Unselected fingers remain unsaved. 10. You can edit HandManipulator.mcr manually and set up default parameters (path and coordinates for docking). Text about current folder for savings appear in the Listener, when you choose it.
